Our Ecommerce application includes the following security features:

  • We may use Stripe as our credit card payment gateway. Credit card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
  • Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services.
  • Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained regulatory licenses around the world, including AFSL in Australia.

What does this mean?

This means that when you order gifts from our website, you can rest assured that the highest security checks have been put in place to make sure that your details will not fall into the wrong hands.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about webpage traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

DELIVERY TERMS

We are proud of the quality and presentation of our products and do everything we can to ensure that every recipient is happy with their delivery. In the even that your order is incorrect or arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team (please navigate to our Contact us page). 

  • We will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund depending on the issue (damage, missing or lost), it’s extent and how you wish to resolve the issue, at our discretion.
  • Reasonable damage in transit to packaging is expected and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.
  • We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that does not meet the requirements listed below.
  • Please note that refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been dispatched and are with our couriers for delivery.
  • Please note that changes to orders containing cheese are limited once they have been processed at checkout.
  • Conditions apply to deliveries made to hospitals, hotels and schools.
  • If ‘Signature Required’ is not chosen during checkout, ‘Authority to Leave’ has been granted. Deliveries will be placed in a secure location on the premises, away from public view and a photo may serve as Proof of Delivery.
  • When ‘Authority to Leave’ has been given, Mamjo Gifts and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a consignment is lost or stolen after our couriers have recorded the package as ‘successfully delivered’.
  • When delivering with ‘Signature Required’ to a business or location with a mail room, concierge, loading dock or other, any representative may sign for the parcel. Mamjo Gifts and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a consignment is lost or stolen after a signature has been obtained.
  • More rural or remote areas typically have deliveries sent to their closes post office or a collection point instead of a street address. Some business addresses in metro-locations also have a similar arrangement. Should this occur, Mamjo Gifts is unable to collect or compensate.
  • Should Mamjo Gifts successfully delivery to an address that was provided incorrectly at checkout, we are unable to organise a courier to collect or redeliver the order. Once a delivery has been made successfully to the address provided at checkout, Mamjo Gifts is unable to collect or compensate.
